Our focus lies in four key areas:
Waste and Recycling
We have a clear programme to reduce the amount of landfill produced across the Group and increase the volume of recycling we can achieve.
Product Stewardship
We are working with suppliers and recyclers, to find cost-effective ways to safely dispose of products that are potentially harmful to the environment when they reach the end of their useful lives.
Energy Management
The Group is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and has a programme to achieve this over the next several years.
Helping our Customers Live More Sustainably
This will be achieved by a combination of providing eco-friendly products and education for our customers to understand how purchasing those products can help both the planet and themselves.
Sustainable Business Council
We support our team members to be more sustainable. We are active members of the Sustainable Business Council whose members take a leading role in creating a sustainable future for business, society and the environment.
